You're not "bad at tracking". The apps were asking for too much.

How it actually feels to use Powtain

I always told myself I drank bubble tea just once a week. After two weeks with Powpow, I realised it was way more than I thought 🥹. No one said I should not be drinking so much or anything though but seeing it appear 3 times in my weekly insights made me want to cut it down.

I quit calorie tracking apps too much too often because I felt guilty every time I go over my calorie goal or when I exceed my carbs/fats eaten. In Powtain, I just log and focus on the one change I can make my next meal. I feel less scared of looking at what I ate!

You're not the only one figuring food out.

Thousands of meals have already been logged with Powtain — late suppers, random snacks, desk lunches, everything.
